Common questions
Do you work with existing WordPress sites?
Yes. Alongside new builds I take on existing sites for feature work, rebuilds, performance improvements and rescue jobs. I'll review the codebase first and give you an honest view of what's worth keeping and what isn't.
Can you work white-label under our agency?
Yes. A large part of my work is white-label. I slot into your project management, use your communication channels, and your clients never need to know I'm external. NDAs are no problem.
How long does a typical build take?
A bespoke brochure site is usually four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and how ready the content is. Larger builds with custom functionality run longer. Either way you'll get a fixed timeline in the written scope.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Optional ongoing support covers updates, monitoring, performance and security, plus retained time for small changes. One-off fixes are fine too.
