The arrangement

I work as an extension of your team. That means:

Your clients never know I exist, unless you want them to.

I’ll work under NDA as standard, commit under your accounts, join your Slack, or stay completely behind the scenes. Some agencies put me on client calls as “their developer”. Either works.

You get a senior developer, not a managed resource.

I’ve been building with Laravel and WordPress for over 15 years. Give me a brief and access, and I’ll come back with questions once, then work. You don’t need to break the work down for me.

I’m insured and set up properly.

Flyte Digital Limited carries professional indemnity insurance, and I’m used to agency contracts, staging workflows and code review.

What I take on

Laravel

Bespoke applications, Filament admin panels, Livewire, API integrations, and rescues of inherited codebases.

WordPress

Custom themes on Sage/Bedrock, ACF and custom Gutenberg blocks, plugin development, WooCommerce, and performance work.

Overflow and cover

A project your team hasn’t got capacity for, cover while you recruit, or an ongoing retained arrangement for maintenance and small builds.

How it usually starts

Most agency relationships I have started with one small job: a stuck project, a departing developer, a deadline that wasn't going to happen. If it works, it becomes a standing arrangement where you quote with confidence knowing the capacity exists.

I currently do white-label work for two established South Coast agencies, alongside long-running direct clients including Utilita Energy.
