This policy explains what personal information Flyte Digital Limited, trading as Dan Temple collects when you use this website or work with me, why it is collected, and the rights you have over it. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the business.

1. Who I am

Flyte Digital Limited, trading as Dan Temple is the data controller for information collected through this site. For anything privacy-related, email hi@dantemple.co.uk.

2. What I collect

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:

  • Enquiries and email: your name, email address, company, phone number if supplied, and your message.
  • Client work: business contact and billing details, plus project access you share so I can deliver the work.
  • Basic server logs: technical information needed to keep the website secure and reliable.

3. How I use it

  • To respond to enquiries and quote for work.
  • To deliver projects, invoice, and provide support.
  • To keep legal and accounting records.
  • To secure and improve this website.

I do not sell personal data or send marketing email you have not asked for.

4. Legal basis

Under UK GDPR, I process data on the basis of contract (delivering work), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running the site), and legal obligation (tax and company records).

5. Who I share it with

Contact-form enquiries are transmitted through Resend, the email-delivery provider used by this site, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. I may also share information with other service providers needed to run the business, such as accounting and project-delivery services, or with a partner agency when required to deliver your project. Providers are selected with appropriate privacy and security safeguards.

6. Cookies

This version of the site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics or other optional services are added later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.

7. How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally deleted after 12 months.
  • Client records and correspondence are kept for the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards where required for accounting or legal purposes.
  • Access credentials are deleted or revoked at project close unless ongoing support requires them.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, restrict its use, or object to processing. Email hi@dantemple.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

9. Changes to this policy

I will update this page when anything material changes and revise the date at the top.
